Returns and exchanges
We hope that you are happy with the items you have purchased from our stores. We will be happy to exchange unworn or damaged merchandise within 7 days of purchase. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 7 days. All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging with the sales invoice. Merchandise marked "sale" or “slightly damaged” cannot be returned or exchanged.
If returned with a receipt, a refund will be made in the form of an even exchange of items or a merchandise credit will be issued for the current selling price.
If you received the item as a gift, please inquire with any of our stores by telephone for branches that carry the same item of your size, then bring the item to the store within 7 days and we will be glad to exchange it for you. In case your size is no longer available, we will exchange it with another item of the same value.
